At Gamebillet, we like to keep things simple about refunds. We can guarantee that all our activation keys, activations and/or download links work perfectly. Should there be a problem that our support can not solve, we will always make sure that you either get a new key as replacement or a full refund in 48 hours.

You can contact us any time to request a refund. We can help you with any inconvenience as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Please note that certain restrictions apply to digital products sold through our website. 

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED FOR TITLES WHERE THE SERIAL KEY HAS BEEN DISCLOSED TO YOU AND DUE TO YOUR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE PRODUCT. 

Refunds or store credits will be issued solely at the discretion of GameBillet. You will have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a game you have made through GameBillet, for any or no reason, for up to 14 calendar days from your purchase if you did not to finalize your purchase and you lose your right of withdrawal from the purchase (the “Cooling Off Period”).Please note that payments made with a prepaid payment methods such as Paysafecard and crypto currencies can only be refunded as store credit. 

 

Refunds may be offered if all the following conditions are met:

 

1) The game code (Steam, Rockstar, Bethesda etc.) has not been revealed and seen by you or a direct activation game (such as Ubisoft Connect games) are not activated.

2) The time of your request for refund/credit is no more than 14 days from time of purchase.(for pre orders this period starts once the game code is delivered)

Please note: All disputed payments are automatically considered as fraudulent and treated as such. As a result, you will not be able to use the same payment method again.

Sales Policy

·  Before buying a game, it is your sole responsibility and obligation to make sure that you have the technical grounds for operating the game, and that your computer system meets the minimum System Requirements for the game.

·  We can not take any responsibility for a game working on a newer or different operating system than as specified in the System Requirements for each game.
